仕事内容:

営業コンサル業務や保守統制関連機能の強化を目的としたプロジェクトにて、

保守要件の策定支援および運用設計支援をご担当いただきます。

お客様との要件定義のすり合わせから、

社内関係部署との調整、業務フロー策定、各種ドキュメント作成まで、

上流工程を中心に幅広く関与していただくポジションです。

■ 主な業務内容

・保守統制関連機能に関する要件定義支援

・顧客との要求整理、要件調整、合意形成

・要件定義書/要求仕様書の作成および改訂対応

・社内関係部門との要件読み合わせ、共通認識形成

・業務フローの策定および改善検討

・稼働見積、体制検討に関する支援

・保守運用設計の支援(運用方針・業務設計)

・保守手引書、業務仕様書など各種ドキュメント作成

・定例会運営、進捗・課題の整理および報告

■ 必須スキル・経験

・プロジェクトマネジメントまたは推進経験

・システム要件定義の実務経験

・クラウド環境(AWS想定)に関する基礎的な理解

・運用設計または保守設計に関わった経験

・関係者と円滑に調整・合意形成ができるコミュニケーション力

■ 歓迎スキル・経験

・公共系/自治体向けプロジェクトの経験

・OCI、AzureなどAWS以外のクラウド知識

・保守・運用フェーズの立ち上げ経験

・コンサルタントとしての提案・ドキュメント作成経験

アクセス:

給与:

月給:90万円〜110万円

年俸:1080万円~1320万円

報酬はスキル・経験に応じて決定。
