募集背景:


銀行などのクライアント先に常駐し、システムの安全な運用を支え続けて成長中の当社。大規模な企業様からも信頼頂いています今回は事業拡大と会社の成長を見込み、増員募集を行います。

仕事内容:


・リモートワークも実施中

・経験者の方は前職給与を考慮

・銀行システムの上流工程から携われる案件あり

・プロジェクトリーダー(PL)としての経験も積める

・顧客折衝や要件定義にも挑戦できる環境

開発・保守業務から上流工程まで、経験・スキル・希望に応じた業務をお任せします。

金融機関との堅実なお取引のもと、着実なスキルアップが可能です。開発・運用保守に加え、顧客折衝や要件のすり合わせなど、PLとしての動きも経験可能

【担当業務例】

・銀行債券システムの仕様設計~開発・保守

・機能追加や要件変更、運用・試験

・客先での打ち合わせ、要件定義

開発環境:Java、JavaScript、React、HTML、VBA、PowerShell、MySQL、PLSQL OS:Windows、Linux DB:Oracle など

【未経験の方は外部研修もご用意】

ご入社後、エンジニア未経験の方は約40日間の外部研修からスタート。言葉遣いや身のこなしといったビジネスマナーからプログラム言語まで学べるので、正社員デビューの方もご安心ください

研修後は、先輩である女性エンジニアとチームで実際の業務を開始。実務を通して徐々にスキルアップできる環境です

想定給与:


・入社3年目の社員で年収350万円以上の実績あり

・月給22万円~30万円+賞与年2回

※経験・スキルを考慮して決定します

※残業代は発生分を全額支給します(残業は月平均10h以内)

※試用期間3ヶ月あり(給与・待遇・雇用形態に差異はありません)

勤務時間:


9:00~17:30(実働7時間30分)

・4月、10月の繁忙期以外は残業なしで帰宅できることが大半です。

・繁忙期も、残業した分は残業手当として給与にプラスして支給します。
