募集背景:


銀行などのクライアント先に常駐し、システムの安全な運用を支え続けて成長中の当社。大規模な企業様からも信頼頂いています今回は事業拡大と会社の成長を見込み、増員募集を行います。

仕事内容:


お客様先における、銀行向けシステムの保守・運用からスタート。

少しずつスキルを身につけて、ゆくゆくはシステム開発の上流を目指すことも

あなたのペースで無理なく成長できるので安心です

  • 具体的には

・銀行の一般債権システムの保守・運用

  • 「システムに不具合はないか」をチェックしていきます

・既存プログラムの修正・機能追加・仕様変更

  • システムの改善や不具合の調整などを行います

・顧客(銀行担当者)との要件定義・折衝

  • 「どんなシステムを作るか」を話し合い、提案していきます

・窓口・サポート業務 など

【ビジネスマナーから学べる研修体制】

ご入社後は、約40日間の外部研修からスタート。言葉遣いや身のこなしといったビジネスマナーからプログラム言語まで学べるので、正社員デビューの方もご安心ください

想定給与:


・入社3年目で年収360万円程度支給実績あり

・住宅手当・家族手当有

・入社時研修の費用は会社負担

・賞与年2回

・残業代100%支給

・月給22万円~30万円+賞与年2回

※経験・スキルを考慮して決定します

※残業代は発生分を全額支給します(残業は月平均10h以内)

※試用期間3ヶ月あり(給与・待遇・雇用形態に差異はありません)

勤務時間:


9:00~17:30(実働7時間30分/休憩1時間)

・4月、10月の繁忙期以外は残業なしで帰宅できることが大半です。

・繁忙期も、残業した分は残業手当として給与にプラスして支給します。
