中途採用を中心に、現場と伴走しながら採用活動を推進する人事ポジションです。

採用実務だけでなく、外部パートナーとの調整やオペレーション改善にも関わり、安定した採用体制の運用を支えていただきます。

・現場部門との打ち合わせを通じた採用要件の整理

・採用進捗の管理および課題把握

・カジュアル面談・候補者対応全般

・RPO・紹介会社との連携、情報共有、進行管理

・採用状況に応じた対応方針の調整

【人事オペレーション業務】

・入社・退社に関わる手続きサポート

・人事・労務関連業務の円滑な運用支援

【採用広報・情報発信】

・採用広報施策の企画サポート(SNS発信、社内情報整理 等)

・事業会社での⼈事経験2年以上

・基本的なPCリテラシー(Google WorkspaceまたはMicrosoft Office)

勤務時間・曜日:

【勤務時間】

9:00〜18:00(所定労働時間 8時間/休憩60分)

固定残業代の相当時間︓45.0時間/⽉

■毎⽉⽉初の⽇曜⽇は、全社ミーティングを開催するため平⽇扱いで出社

※GW、年末年始、⾶び⽯連休には有休促進⽇を設定し、連続した休暇を促進。

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥4,200,000 〜 ¥6,500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥85,600(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年俸 420万円〜650万円

(分割回数12回)

基本給 264,400円~

固定残業代 85,600円〜

固定残業時間 45時間/月

(超過分別途⽀給)
