■配属になる"ITソリューション事業部"とは?
こちらの事業部は、同社の中でもソフトウェア設計・開発業務を担当している部門です。現在総勢約130名のエンジニアが在籍しており、今後は200名体制に向けて増員を検討しています。業務系システム開発から通信・組み込みソフトウェア、そしてハードウェア設計・開発・検証まで幅広く手がけており、プロジェクト管理を含むチーム体制で要件定義から設計・開発・評価、そして運用・保守をサポートしています。そして、幅広く手がけているからこそ、あなたの希望に沿ったキャリアパスが可能もともとはJavaの案件に入っていたものの、インフラの道に進みたいという希望が通ったという例もあります。あなたの頑張り次第では、どんなIT会社よりも多くの幅広いスキル、知識を身につけていける環境がありますよ
