【配属組織について(概要・ミッション)】
私たちの組織は、国内外の顧客(主に公営・民間鉄道事業者)へ安全・正確な列車運行を行うための鉄道交通システム製品を主に提供しており、特に公営鉄道(地下鉄)およびモノレールにおいて国内トップシェアを誇っています。
主な製品は、列車運行管理システム、電力管理システム、設備管理システム、ダイヤ作成装置および旅客案内システム等の地上側システム製品であり、首都圏、関西地区、札幌や福岡・沖縄などの地方都市、ドバイ、シンガポール、韓国テグ、ベトナムホーチミンなど海外へ製品を納入しています。
製品分野では完全自動運転で営業運行している神戸ポートライナーなど自動運転制御技術において強みを持っています。
配属先のグループは、主に上記の鉄道交通システム製品の試験・検査を担当しています。

【募集背景】
これまで納入した鉄道交通システムの更新や機能向上のニーズに加え、民間鉄道事業者へのシェア拡大による案件の増加、AI運転整理やドライバレス運転などの新たな顧客ニーズやグローバルな基準・業務に対応していくため、エンジニアを広く募集します。
【職務概要】
鉄道交通システム製品のハードウェア/ソフトウェア/システム試験・検査を担当していただくことで考えていますが、応募者の経験・希望・適性を考慮した上で決定します。
(1) 試験・検査
重大事故未然防止・品質コンプライアンス違反防止に向けて、顧客への納品物が顧客要求を満たすものであるかを試験・検査する。プロジェクトの試験・検査取り纏め者として、試験・検査の計画及び実行に関する実務を主導する。
(2)障害管理
納入製品に万が一不具合が発生した場合には、迅速な処置や現品対応を行うため、関係部署と密接に連携しながら原因究明と再発防止に取り組む。
【職務詳細】
鉄道交通システム製品のハードウェア/ソフトウェア/システムの試験・検査
(1) 試験計画(試験・検査に必要なプロジェクトの工程を検証する)
(2) 試験設計(テスト仕様書の試験内容ならびに手順を検証する)
(3) 試験・検査(高度な試験を実施する。試験データを検証・解析する)
(4) 品質評価(試験・検査結果から品質分析・評価を主導し、品質向上につなげる)
(5) 現地調整(現地試験・検査の取り纏め者として、インタフェース試験やモニタラン、コントロールラン試験を主導し関係者との調整を行う)
(6) 管理・調整(プロジェクトの工程・進捗・コストを把握し定量化、関係者との調整を行う)

これまで培った成熟した制御技術(OT)に加え、近年ではシステム連携やAIなどに代表される最先端のIT技術開発が進行しており鉄道DX実現に向けた取り組みが行われており、IT,OT両方の技術をを生かした最先端の鉄道交通システムの試験・検査から使用開始まで携わることができます。
公共交通機関にて求められる品質レベルは非常に高く責任も重いですが、ハードウェアとソフトウェアの両方に関わり、顧客とも連携・調整を図りながら使用開始を迎えた時の達成感はたいへん大きなものがあります。
【働く環境】
グループは20代の若手から50代のベテランまで幅広い年齢層の約11名で構成されます。
勤務は水戸の開発拠点での日勤が中心で、現地調整や調査などで首都圏や地方都市への出張・夜勤があります。
実機構築や試験など業務の性質上,一定の水戸事業所への出社が必要ですが、勤務形態・勤務場所については各人の個別事情に可能な限り配慮し柔軟に対応したいと考えています。

■システム関連製品において以下いずれかの業務経験をお持ちの方(目安:5年以上)
・設計業務
・検証業務
・品質保証(製品試験・検査)業務
■ハードウェア、ソフトウェアの基礎知識
【歓迎条件】
・WindowsやWeb、Linuxに関する基礎知識
・鉄道分野または制御・組込みシステム製品のハードウェア、ソフトウェアの設計業務あるいは検証業務または品質保証(製品試験・検査)業務経験を有する方
・客先への出張または駐在による現地調整経験を有する方
・プロジェクトリーダー等の取りまとめ経験
・AWSやazureなどクラウド製品に対する品質保証業務経験を有するか方

■想定月給:463,000〜605,000円
■想定年収:7,800,000〜10,300,000円

8:45〜17:15(実働7時間45分、休憩45分)
