AIエージェントによる接客・おもてなしを世の中の当たり前にしていく ZEALSは、音声接客AIエージェント「」や、LINE向け接客AIエージェントを通じて、真にパーソナライズされた会話体験を実現しています。 弊社のブランド価値向上、そして市場でのプレゼンス確立を担う、マーケティングスペシャリストを募集します。 マーケティング戦略立案~企画~実行までを担う、裁量が大きく重要なポジションです。 【業務内容詳細】 全社のマーケティング戦略を策定の上、以下複数領域を組み合わせたマーケティング施策の企画・実行 ・SNS 広告(Meta/TikTok/YouTube など)を活用した認知・獲得施策の企画運用 ・オフライン広告(交通広告/屋外/雑誌/イベント等)の企画、メディアプランニング ・PR戦略の策定、メディアリレーション、PRイベント・企画立案 ・ブランド戦略に基づくコミュニケーションプランの企画と実行 ・効果測定および改善提案、レポーティング ・社内外パートナー(代理店/制作/PR会社 など)との協業・ディレクション

必須スキル


下記のうち、複数のご経験(デジタル×オフライン、広告×PR など領域横断の経験) ・マーケ戦略立案/実行 ・SNS広告の企画・運用 ・オフライン広告の企画・運用 ・企業やブランドのPR/メディア対応

歓迎スキル


・英語ビジネスレベルまたは学ぶモチベーション ・ブランドマーケティング、コミュニケーション戦略の経験 ・データを活用した施策改善経験 ・スタートアップ/成長フェーズ企業でのマーケ経験
