【仕事内容】

歯科助手および受付業務をお任せします。

~ 具体的には ~

  • 患者様の受付・電話応対
  • 会計およびカルテ管理
  • 診療の補助・器具の準備
  • 院内の清掃・片付け など

受付と診療補助の割合は、状況に応じ臨機応変に対応します。パートスタッフがいる時間は診療補助がメイン(およそ7割)。スタッフ同士で声をかけ合い、特定の誰かに負担が偏らないよう工夫して働いています。

~ 入社後の流れ ~

最初は診療準備や片付けなど、簡単な業務からスタート。先輩や院長が隣で教えるOJT形式を採用し、着実な成長をサポートします。一通りの業務を覚えられる目安は入社3ヶ月ごろ。写真付きの分かりやすいマニュアルも完備しているので、業界経験のない方も無理なく仕事に慣れていけます。

【いい治療は、いい雰囲気から。】

スタッフが気持ちよく働けることが、患者様の安心にもつながると考えています。

院長は、いくつかの歯科医院で働く中で、「言いたいけど言えない」「なんとなく我慢する」そんな場面を経験してきました。だからこそ、ふじい歯科では我慢に頼らず、働きやすさを"仕組み"として整えています。

<スタッフの声が届きやすい職場>

偶数月に個人面談、奇数月に全体ミーティングを実施。日々のちょっとした気づきや要望も、院長に直接伝えられます。たとえば、業務が一部のスタッフに偏りそうなときは、院長から「みんなで分けよう」と声がかかることも。ただ仲がいいだけじゃなく、自然に助け合えるチームづくりを大切にしています。

<頑張りはしっかり評価>

昇給は、タイミングを待たず、成長に合わせて随時反映。「ちゃんと見てもらえている」実感があるから、前向きに取り組めます。さらに、評価基準をわかりやすくするための評価表も整備中。点数に応じてボーナスに反映するなど、納得感のある仕組みを目指しています。

<勤務時間はきっちり管理>

勤怠管理アプリを使い、朝の掃除時間も1分単位で給与を計算サービス残業はありません。残業は月平均10時間ほどと少なめで、仕事が終わったら早めに帰るのが基本。土曜は15:15までなので、三軒茶屋での買い物や食事も楽しめます。

<有給は遠慮なく取れます>

有給休暇は100%消化が基本。年末年始には最長10連休の実績もあり、しっかりリフレッシュできます。休みづらさはなく、公休と合わせて5連休を取って旅行に行く人も。仕事とプライベート、どちらも大事にできる環境です。

~ 活躍中のスタッフ ~

現在の常勤スタッフは20〜30代が中心。職種に関係なく話しやすく、忙しい時は「これお願い」「そっちは任せるね」と自然に声を掛け合っています。仕事終わりにご飯に行くこともあり、仕事の話からプライベートまで気軽に話せる関係。院長との個人面談でも、「次はこれができるようになりたい」など前向きな相談が多く出ています。

スタッフルームには冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、洗濯機、ウォーターサーバー、冬はこたつもあります院内でゆっくり過ごす人もいれば、一度帰宅したり、三軒茶屋へランチに出かけたり。それぞれがリフレッシュできる過ごし方を大切にしています。

<働きながらケアできるスタッフ割引>

自費診療もスタッフ割引の対象。ホワイトニングやセラミックは材料費・技工料のみの負担です。ケア用品もスタッフ価格で購入でき、家族の治療相談も可能です。
