Superdrive Tokyo are looking for an experienced
Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
with both developer and consulting experience to join our team. This position is based in Tokyo and while remote working within Japan is possible, we definitely prefer to explore this role with candidates already based in Japan.

The Marketing Technology team within Superdrive aligns strategy, operating models, and the latest marketing technologies with data and analytics tools to personalize the customer experience at every interaction to drive business results. As a member of the technology team, you will bring your expertise and lead on Salesforce Development and Integrations and will work with some of our top enterprise clients. The role demands you to be confident and curious to find the best solutions and deliver them with quality and discipline.

Job Description

As an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop marketing campaigns across various channels, such as Email and LINE. You will also play a crucial role in supporting cross-cloud development within Salesforce's expanding MarTech/AdTech product set. This will require you to expand on a strong working knowledge of APEX code and integration patterns for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Customer Data Platform (CDP), Datorama, Experience Cloud, as well as key integration considerations with Commerce Cloud and Salesforce CRM.

Primary Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development and Integrations
  • Responsible for design, develop, test, document, and deploy third-party integrations with Salesforce.
  • Strong experience with REST and SOAP-based web services
  • Strong experience with multiple Salesforce Integrations
  • Competency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, Flex, Ampscript, SOQL
  • Experience with Package Manager and working with multiple business unit environments.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Personalization, Data Cloud and Agentforce

Your Salesforce Credentials:

Mandatory: Marketing Cloud Developer or/and Marketing Cloud Consultant certification

Good to have: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Accredited Interaction Studio Professional

Strong communication and analytical skills
are strongly preferred. The Japanese language requirement for this role is not mandatory, but good to have as day to day operations may be in both Japanese and English (depending on each client).

Work Location: Tokyo

Salary Range: Up to ¥8,500,000 commensurate with experience
