マーケティング部門の運営を支える、ビジネスサポートのスペシャリストを募集します。チームの円滑な活動を支える事務・データ管理業務を中心に、社内外との調整や資料作成など、幅広い業務をお任せします。
主な業務内容:
- マーケティングディレクターおよびチームの事務サポート
- POSデータの週次・月次管理、FTR・販促関連データの更新
- 購買申請書(PO)の作成・管理
- 荷物の発送・受取(FedEx、ヤマト、郵便局)
- 消費者キャンペーンや年賀状発送のサポート
- 会議室の設営(必要時)
- カタログ・パンフレット・トレード向け資料の作成支援
- SharePointや共有フォルダへのデータ保存
- 年次予算会議用のカテゴリーデータまとめ、在庫・価格・流通・予測比較データの管理
応募資格
必須スキル・経験:
- Excelを用いた大量データの集計・分析経験(ピボットテーブル、IF関数、XLOOKUP、簡単なマクロなど)
- Word・PowerPointの基本操作スキル
- 英語の読み書き(社内文書・メール対応レベル)
歓迎スキル・経験:
- 類似職種での経験
- 注文処理・管理の経験
- 部門横断的なチームとの協働経験
