- 成長性の高いアカウント、ライセンス機会の見極め、および新規ライセンス先のアカウント開拓
- 担当アカウントのビジネス現状分析、消費者マーケット、トレンド分析、および分析に基づいたアクションプランの策定と実行
- マーケティングチームと密接に連携したライセンス商品プロモーション企画の提案と実行
- ライセンス契約の締結、更新、条件交渉
- 担当アカウントの売上予算・実績管理
- 他部門(メディア、スタジオ、ストア、ゲーム、パブリッシング)との密接な連携・シナジー最大化
必須条件:
<経験>
- 消費財関連企業における5年以上の法人営業経験
- 担当商品・サービスの販促プロモーション企画の立案、実行経験
- 強いプレッシャーの下、業務の優先順位を付けながら高い売上目標を達成した経験
- 顧客先経営層に対するビジネスプレゼンテーション、ビジネス提案経験
- マーケット分析、消費者インサイト分析経験
- 複数の部署と連携するプロジェクトをリードした経験
- 流通小売企業への営業、折衝経験あれば尚可
- 消費財関連商品の開発経験あれば尚可
- 多国籍・インターナショナルな環境でのビジネス経験あれば尚可
