オンコロジー・マーケティング部 乳がんチームではイブランスを始め、24年4月に発売したターゼナ、そして、今後の新製品ローンチ準備を担当しています。乳がん領域の"革新的な医薬品"を患者さんへ届けるために一緒にビジネスをドライブ頂ける方の応募をお待ちしています。

【職務目的】

乳がんチームにおいて、チーム員をはじめ関係者と協業の下、担当製品の価値最大化を目指し、Brand Plan/Launch Planを立案し、それらの実行を推進する

【役割】

戦略立案: 市場環境/診療報酬改定の動向、カスタマーインサイトなどマクロ、ミクロな視点で多様な情報収集と分析を行い、顧客のニーズを特定することで顧客価値ベースのマーケティング戦略・戦術を立案する
販売予測、管理:短期~中長期販売目標に対して責任を負い、販売目標の予測・修正を行う
POAの立案と実行:担当製品の年間目標達成のため、関連部門を含めたオムニチャネルによるPOA(Plan of Action)の策定を行い、進捗管理(KPIを含む)、検証、修正のPDCAサイクルを管理する
ブランド価値最大化:担当製品の製品価値最大化を目指し、様々なアプローチ方法の検討、実行を行う。また、CoLabと協力し、プロモーション資材を管理・作成する。
関係部署との協業:チームをはじめ、関係する社内関係部署・部門、およびKOLを含む顧客と率直かつ良好な協業関係を構築し、戦略実行を推進する

【資格・能力要件】

専門管理職
オーナーシップ、リーダーシップ能力
複雑かつクロスファンクショナルな環境において発揮できる高いコミュニケーション力
高い論理的思考力と問題解決能力
Globalチームとの英語によるコミュニケーション能力(TOEIC 730点以上)
高いインテグリティへの意識、Value&Behaviorの実践
能力開発・自己啓発のモチベーション

【職務経験】

2年以上のマーケティング業務経験者

オンコロジー領域経験者が望ましい
