仕事内容


手術が終わるたびに、手術室をリセットして次の患者さんをお迎えできる状態に整える、

リストを見ながら、ガーゼや消毒液などを集めて、使いやすように並べます。

医療チームが集中して治療に取り組める環境づくりをお手伝いする医療現場の縁の下の力持ちです。

特別な経験は必要なく「8割が未経験から始めた」というスタッフがほとんどです。

未経験から医療従事者になるのは不安だと思うけど、しっかりとしたサポート体制があるので安心してください。

一人で頑張らなくても、先輩や同僚がみんなで支えてくれる環境が整っています。

*雇用契約はルフト・メディカルケアと結ばれますが、業務は請負先病院内で行われます。
