キャンドルライトとは?
キャンドルライト・コンサートは、キャンドルの灯りの美しい雰囲気によって創り出される、ユニークな音楽と感覚の体験です。

新進気鋭のアーティストからプロの音楽家まで、才能あるアーティストにスポットを当て、クラシック音楽の最も有名な作品を全く新しい方法で、様々な素晴らしい場所で楽しむことができます。

キャンドルライトは現在、クラシック音楽だけでなく、ジャズ、ソウル、フラメンコ、オペラなど、他のジャンルにも拡大しています。今回、Fever OriginalsのCandlelight in their Cityを運営するチームと一緒に働くイベントコーディネーターを募集しています。

このポジションはフリーランスで、月によってフレキシブルな勤務が可能です。

注意:このポジションはイベントの運営・管理をするために頻繁に出張する必要があります。

私たちの求める理想的な人材は以下の通りです。

事前制作の業務領域:
・担当都市での各イベントの運営と物流の調整

・アーティストやサプライヤーと連絡を取り合い、複数の発注・ブッキングに対してのコスト交渉

・コンサート計画書を作成し、全ての関係者と会場のスタッフに書類・計画書等を共有・提出

・当社の人材派遣パートナーを通じて、イベントスタッフの手配・発注、トレーニングの実施

・プロジェクト・マネージャー、プロデューサーと共に毎週行われるプロジェクト・アップデート会議に出席し、重要なプロダクションの詳細、イベントの評価、ポリシーの手順を確認し、実行

・担当都市の倉庫の在庫管理

・担当都市で展開する可能性がある会場のリサーチと視察への参加

・新しい会場での導線確保などの潜在的な運営方法・計画の手助け

現場の業務領域:
・主要なP OC(現地担当者)として、イベントのスケジュール管理を行います

・新規または変更されたプロダクションの詳細、会社の方針、手順の実装

・顧客の問い合わせやクレームに対応する

・イベント報告書と事故報告書の作成

・チーム内での高いパフォーマンスを促進し、モチベーション管理とパフォーマンスの改善を実施する。

・各イベント後にプロジェクトマネージャーに写真とフィードバックを提供する

・イベント業界のプロフェッショナルとして、FeverとCandlelightの両ブランドを代表し、すべてのイベントで主要な顧客サービス担当者として行動する

採用条件
:

・2年以上のイベントマネージメント経験および/または関連学位(尚可)

・ライブ・ミュージックやイベントへの強い関心と情熱

・1年以上のイベントマネージメント経験

・職場でスタッフ、チームを管理した経験

・卓越したカスタマーサービススキル、折衝能力

・様々な状況に適応できる問題解決能力

・プレッシャーのかかる環境でも問題なく仕事を押し進めることができるマインド

・AVおよびPAシステムの知識(望ましい)
