We are looking for experienced Electrical Estimators to help us in US Military Construction Projects in Okinawa, Japan.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing construction drawings and specifications written in English.
• Communicating with U.S. suppliers and local subcontractors via phone and email.
• Preparing construction estimates within a multidisciplinary team.
• Estimating material quantities based on drawings and project requirements.
• Creating estimates using Excel, based on quotes received from subcontractors.
• Coordinating with site personnel and subcontractors regarding construction work and conducting on-site checks.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• 3years+ work experinece in any field
• Business level English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Valid International or Japaenese Driver's License

【Preferred】

• Experience in construction industry or cost estimating
• Japanese language skills (speaking, reading, writing)

Salary

210, ,000 JPY/month

*Salary will be determined based on skill and experience

Bonus

Twice a year (July and December)

Base salary x 2.0 total (Results from previous year is 3.0)

Work Location

Ginowan City, Okinawa

*Work location may change due to personnel changes such as reassignment, transfer, and secondment.
