仕事内容:

ホテルの"顔"として、お客様が快適に過ごせる空間作りと、心に残るおもてなしをお願いします。

<具体的な業務内容>

■ フロント業務

・チェックイン/チェックアウトの手続き

・お客様のお荷物のお預かり、お渡し

・宿泊予約の管理

・電話や対面でのお問い合わせ対応

・周辺の観光情報や交通アクセスのご案内 など

■ バックオフィス業務

・データ集計や資料作成などの簡単な事務作業 など

【必須条件】以下の1・2両方を満たす方

1.日本語レベルN2以上

2.以下①~③のいずれかご経験をお持ちの方 (フルタイムの実務経験)

①ホテルや旅館での実務経験

②接客・販売・サービス業での実務経験

③営業の実務経験

  • マネジメント経験(店長、リーダー、新人教育など)
  • 英語、中国語、韓国語などの語学スキル
  • 留学やワーキングホリデーのご経験

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制

■シフト例(休憩1時間、実働8時間)

・07:00~16:00

・14:00~22:00

・22:00~07:00

■平均残業時間:1か月あたり5時間
