Working within the Global Marketing team, and managing 1 field marketing specialist, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of an integrated marketing plan for the APAC region.
You will partner with the sales and BDRs, and work closely with content, campaigns, digital, industry solutions, product and customer advocacy teams to deliver on pipeline targets for the region.
Your objective is to build and execute on the ambitious regional marketing plan, aligned with the company strategy and pipeline growth targets - creating awareness and excitement about our technology, driving its adoption and expansion among new and existing customers.
■You have experience in applying a diverse mix of tactics – outbound campaigns, C-level programs, digital, events, PR, direct mail, etc - to deliver the right communication to the right customers at the right time.
■You are good at planning and forecasting the outcome of quarterly and annual marketing activities that will deliver the pipeline, aligning with BDR and Sales organizations on the goals and tactics.
■You have a good judgment and know how to derive the most ROI from the available budget, and you can guide your team on how to create solid business justification for program investments.
■You love data and know how to use it to make decisions and judge the effectiveness of regional marketing programs.
■You are a team player – knowing when and how to leverage the power of supporting functions and your peers in the marketing and sales organizations to ensure that we work as one team.
