[Job Description]
You will be responsible for leading the engineering team and providing technical follow-up for projects in each technology field.
Our clients come from a variety of industries, including auditing firms, insurance companies, trading groups, and global retail distribution.
We utilize the latest technologies, such as multi-cloud, hybrid cloud, and desktop virtualization, in combination with automation technology to support our clients' IT infrastructure through projects such as the following:
Project Examples
□ IT outsourcing
Ex) Proposal for Windows Server construction, operation design, and operation improvement for a major trading company's IT subsidiary
□ Provision of TCS cloud services and automation of infrastructure operations
Ex) Migration to a multi-cloud environment that seamlessly connects AWS/Azure and private clouds
Ex) Network operation project using cutting-edge operation automation tools that combine TCS's operational know-how with machine learning and AI technology
□ Cybersecurity
Ex) SOC operation using SIEM/EDR tools for a major Japanese information and communication systems company
□ Global service desk/Microsoft365/Digital workplace
Ex) Providing a global service desk with a joint Japanese-Indian team of seven people for a major construction company with 7,000 employees
