【概要】

Uvance Wayfinders のマネジメントは、グローバルコンサルティング部門のリーダーとして、クライアントの持続可能な成長と社会課題の解決を推進し、事業拡大に貢献する重要な役割を担います。

【主な職務内容】

・製造業、金融、物流、流通、自動車、通信、小売、サプライチェーンなど多様な業界のクライアントに対する、戦略立案・業務改革・IT活用・IT戦略策定・新規ビジネス創出

・富士通が保有する先進技術やソリューション(AI、データ、アプリケーション、業界特化型サービスなど)を活用し、構想力と創造力を活かしたサービス設計・実装

・日本企業のグローバル展開支援や、外資系企業との協業を通じたクロスボーダー案件の推進

・顧客との強固なリレーションを活かした、長期的な価値創出と信頼構築

・グローバルでの組織立ち上げフェーズに参画し、Wayfindersのカルチャーと価値を共に創っていく経験

【必須のキャリア、スキル、資格など】

・製造業、金融、物流、流通、通信、サプライチェーンなど多様な業界における、戦略立案・業務改革・IT導入などの上流コンサルティング経験

・CIOをはじめとするCXOクラスとの対話・提案・意思決定支援の経験

・ゼロベースからの構想策定、技術選定、ソリューション開発、事業拡大までを一貫して推進した経験
