EC系 × 人材サービス領域の事業を展開する企業のバックオフィスとして、契約書対応・請求管理を中心とした事務業務を担当していただきます。
クラウドサイン・Salesforceを活用した効率的なオペレーション環境が整っており、業務フローもマニュアル化されています。
主な業務内容
- 営業担当や顧客とのメールコミュニケーション、弁護士との調整、契約書の内容確認・編集、クラウドサインでの送付対応
- 契約内容に関する問い合わせ対応、弁護士への確認依頼、締結までの進行管理
- 請求書管理、注文書発行、請求情報の更新
- データ入力、業務フローの改善提案、月末月初の処理対応
