仕事内容:

大手系列会社のIT推進部門で、問い合わせ対応と事務をお願いします。

社内各部署から主にメールで、アクセス権限の付与・パスワードリセット等の問合せが入るのでメール対応、緊急時には電話で対応していただきます。

対面でのOA機器貸出・管理表への情報登録などもお任せします。

その他、PC・社用スマートフォンといった情報機器の更新時期には、社員の方のサポートとして機器の初期設定や各拠点への発送などのサポートも発生します。

<サポート問合せ対応(メール)※常時>

・ITに関する社内問合せ時の対応(メール1日10件程度/まれに電話対応あり)

・情報システム部門で一元管理するOA機器の貸出・返却対応(カウンター越しの対面)

・ノートPC、ポータブルHDD(暗号化)、暗号化USBメモリ、デジタルカメラ等

<情シス部門の事務 ※常時>

・郵送物(社内便)受取り・開梱、発送・梱包、Word・Excel事務等

<従業員向けPC/スマホの配備補助 ※年に数回>

・PC/スマホの開梱、資産登録、資産シール貼り、キッティング作業、フィルム・ケース装着

約288,000円(時給1,800円×実働7.5h×17日+残業5h)+(時給1,800円×実働7h×4日)+交通費
