XTS【受託・組込】SE(部長候補・PM)組込開発エンジニア
■部門長の補佐として、共に事業部門の成長を推し進めていく業務になります。部門戦略や方針の立案、予算策定/管理、部員の教育/人事考課、顧客折衝、大型PJマネジメント、技術開発などをお任せできる方を募集します。

【入社後のイメージ】
■グループマネージャとして10名程度の組織を率い、まずは自身がプレイングマネージャとして案件を対応しつつ、部門長と共に事業検討などに関わり部門運営のイメージを掴んでいっていただきます.
■その後、その成果に応じて徐々に予算策定や損益管理など部門長としての担務にシフトし(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須スキル・経験】
■仕組み開発エンジニアとしてPMの経験をお持ちの方(顧客提案、顧客折衝、見積もりおよびQCD管理)
■20名以上の組織に対する予算策定および予算執行/損益管理、人事考課の経験をお持ちの方(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
