【仕事内容】

サイト改善のWebコンサルタントとして、顧客のサービス成長のためのコンサルティング業務をお任せします。

クライアントのサイトにおいてマーケティング戦略に基づく目標値(KGI/KPI)の設定や、Google タグマネージャ、Google アナリティクス(Analytics)、Looker Studioなどを利用したアクセス解析等のWebマーケティング施策を行います。

まずは経験を活かしアクセス解析のプロジェクトから参画いただき、その後SEOやWeb広告などスキルの幅を広げていただくことも可能です。

【業務内容】

・お客さまのマーケティング課題発見と戦略提案

└ビジネスモデルの理解/Webサイトの調査(Google Analytics、ヒートマップ)/マーケティング課題の特定

└課題解決のための戦略提案

・GAやAA(Adobeアナリティクス)を使い、Webサイトのログ分析

・お客様のWeb課題解決に向けたUX視点での仮説立案からデータ抽出、様々な手法を使った深堀分析など、課題解決の糸口となるデータに辿り着くための分析業務

・Looker Studioを使ったダッシュボード作成

・ログ計測要件の定義および設計

・KGI・KPI設計

・Googleタグマネージャー(GTM)を使ったアクションイベント実装

・各サイトに合わせた分析指標(ディメンション)の定義、設定

・各Saasサービスとの連携ディレクション

【求める人材】

■求めるスキル・経験【必須】

・GA4を使用したサイト解析の実務経験のある方

※アナリストとしてデータ分析、アクセス解析の実務経験(4年程度~)がありクライアントワークをしたいという希望がある方も可能です

■求めるマインド【必須】

・マーケティングの専門性を磨き、クライアントの成果にコミットしたい方

・高い目標や課題に対して、自身で創意工夫をし成果を出すことにやりがいを感じる方

・クライアントに成果を出すことに本気で取り組みたい方

・変化を楽しみ、主体性あるメンバーと前向きに仕事に取り組みたい方

【給与】

600万円~800万円
