【職務概要】
パートナー企業の経営層・事業部長クラスと共に、協業スキームの戦略策定やパートナービジネスの拡大を推進し、全国の中小企業への価値提供を最大化していただきます。
【職務詳細】
・パートナー企業(販売代理店・金融機関・大手法人など)とのアライアンス戦略の立案と実行
・パートナーとの協業モデル設計(セミナー・共同マーケティング・新規開拓スキーム等)
・パートナーから紹介された案件の推進および、フィールドセールスとの連携によるクロージング
・パートナー新規開拓や既存深耕の両輪での拡販活動
※将来的には組織を牽引するプレイングマネージャーとしての役割も期待
☆経営層・部長クラスとの直接折衝を通じ、企業文化や戦略を深く理解したうえでのアライアンス推進ができます
☆まだ拡大フェーズの組織であり、若手でも新しいポジションやリーダーシップの機会が得られます

【必須】
・マネーフォワードのMission・Vision・Valueへの共感
・IT商材・無形商材の営業経験3年以上
・パートナー企業(代理店・金融機関・大手法人)との営業経験3年以上
・自ら戦略を描きながら手を動かし、実行まで推進できる方
【尚可】
・SaaS業界でのセールス経験
・HR・ERP領域の知識
・ゼロイチでの事業・組織・仕組み立ち上げ経験
・部門マネジメントまたはプレイングマネージャーとしての経験
【給与】
年収:650万~900万程度
月給制:月額542000円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
賞与:ハイパフォーマンス賞与
昇給:年2回(7月・1月)
