職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities 【採用の背景】

デジタル課税などの税制が発達する中で、企業の経営者や投資家はESGにより強い関心を持ちはじめ、「税」に対する見方が大きく変わってきています。世界全体の視点から、納税を経済価値の観点だけに基づく「コスト」ととらえ、その低減をやみくもに追及するだけではなく、地域・社会の視点も大切にしたうえで、納税を社会・環境価値の観点からみた、地域・社会への還元・貢献としてとらえ考え方が注目されるようになってきています。

このような社会的要請および時世の流れをよく汲みとり、グローバルでの企業戦略にあわせて、税務ガバナンス体制を迅速かつ柔軟に変化させていくニーズが高まってきています。

【担当業務】

・税務リスクマネジメントの観点から、税務業務の規程・ガイドラインの作成

・税務業務フローを把握し整理した上で、業務マニュアルの作成

・ITツールを活用した税務業務のデジタル化

・企業の税務課題や論点を整理しマネジメント向け税務リスク報告書の作成

・会計・税務業務の実務を理解した上で、国内外の税務コンサルティング

登録資格 Qualification

【必須】

・会計事務所又は企業での経理・税務業務経験(3年以上)

【推奨】

・公認会計士

・税理士

・企業での経理、税務業務経験者

・DX業務経験者

・監査法人、税理士事務所勤務経験者

【歓迎】

・税法の知識だけではなく、業務フローをイメージして、クライアントや法人を超えたPwCメンバーとのコミュニケーションができる方

【言語】

日本語:ビジネスレベル
