職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities PwCあらた有限責任監査法人は「会計の専門性」「プロセスの専門性」「グローバルな業務展開」といった3つのキーワードを基に、財務報告ならびに財務報告に関する内部統制に精通した人材を結集して、お互いが協働して業務を行う部門として、「財務報告アドバイザリー部」を設置しています。

特に関西圏の製造・流通・サービスを含む幅広い領域のクライアントに対して会計および財務報告アドバイザリーおよびファイナンストランスフォーメーションのサービスを担当いただくコンサルタントを募集いたします。

【主なサービス内容】

<1.財務報告アドバイザリー>

①国際財務報告基準(IFRS)導入支援

IFRS導入を包括的に支援(IFRS導入時の影響度分析・課題抽出、IFRS会計方針の決定・社内インフラ整備、IFRS財務諸表の作成・社内インフラ改善等)

②M&A・カーブアウト取引にかかる会計アドバイス

M&A等の取引実行前段階から実行後段階まで、全ての場面で会計アドバイスを提供

③PMI時の財務報告プロセス構築支援

取得した会社・事業の決算期変更・決算早期化、勘定科目・会計方針の統一等財務報告プロセス構築を支援

④会計マニュアル・勘定科目統一支援

包括的なグループ会計マニュアルの作成支援、特定会計領域のみの会計マニュアルの作成支援、勘定科目の整備・統一支援

⑤米国SEC上場・登録支援

米国SECに対する各種ファイリングに関する支援(全体計画の策定、課題抽出、IFRSへのGAAPコンバージョン、開示書類作成、SEC対応等)

<2.ファイナンストランスフォーメーション>

①会計システム導入と周辺業務の構築支援、改善支援

グループ横断的なデータ活用、プロセスの標準化/効率化、業務品質の担保など連結経営管理を含む経営管理の高度化のためのシステム導入における企画、要件定義などの上流工程の支援やDXツールを活用した周辺業務の構築支援

②新規ビジネスの立ち上げプロセスの構築、見直し支援

業務品質の担保及びスピーディーな新規ビジネスを実現するための会計処理判定を含む新規ビジネスの立ち上げプロセスの整備の支援

③組織再編に関するスキーム、会計処理の検討及び規程、業務・システムの再構築支援

スキーム、再編時の会計処理及びBSシミュレーションの検討のほか、会社法タスクの検討、再編後の規程・業務・システムの構築支援

④デジタル技術を活用した新たなソリューション開発・展開

  • 財務・非財務データを活用した分析機能の向上と経営管理への示唆提供
  • データフローの可視化によるオペレーションミスや不正の原因となるイレギュラー取引の特定とその対応支援
  • DXツールを活用したプロセス構築による業務効率化とガバナンス強化支援

【Career Path】

<1.Promotion>

まずはアソシエイトまたはシニアアソシエイトとして、PJの現場でご経験を積んでいただき、その後はチームの中核を担うマネージャーとして、プロジェクトのマネジメントはもちろん、新たなサービスラインの開拓などにも参画していただきたいと考えています。

(アソシエイト)

・様々なPJの一員として、クライアントの多様な課題に触れ、興味・関心を持つことができる。

・クライアントの課題理解に基づき、その対応のために準備を綿密に行うマインドセットが身に付く。

(シニアアソシエイト)

・PJチームを現場ハンドルするチーム・マネジメント力が身に付く。

・自らソリューションを導き出すことができ、クライアントに信頼される。

登録資格 Qualification

【必要なスキル・経験】

・監査法人やコンサルティング会社などで監査経験・会計アドバイザリー業務経験を有する方

・金融機関や大手事業会社において、以下のいずれかのご経験を3年程度以上お持ちの方

・決算(連結決算・子会社管理・開示作成・監査対応など)

・財務企画(会計方針・決算方針の策定など)

・内部統制構築(J-SOX、US-SOX対応など)

【あれば望ましい要件】

・会計関係の資格(公認会計士および全科目合格者、米国公認会計士など国際的な会計士および全科目合格者、日商簿記2級以上)

・TOEIC700点以上かつビジネス上で英語によるコミュニケーションを取れる方

・Excelスキル(IF関数、VLOOKUP関数、SUMIF関数や複数関数の組合せ、ピボットテーブルによる集計および分析、VBAなど)

・データ準備、視覚化ツール、RPAなどデジタルツールを活用した実務経験 (Alteryx,、Tableau、UiPathなど)

・決算業務効率化、ユーザー側からの会計システム導入の経験(業務要件定義、UATなど)

・高いコミュニケーション力、チームワーク力を有する方勤務地 Work Location
