定員29名の看多機施設での理学療法士業務
◆具体的な業務内容◆
・利用者様の機能訓練・リハビリテーション
・個別リハビリプランの作成・実施
・多職種との連携によるケア提供
・在宅復帰に向けた生活指導
・記録作成・評価業務
