看護小規模多機能居宅介護施設における介護業務
・食事介助(配膳/下膳含む)
・入浴介助(着脱衣)
・排泄介助(おむつ交換/トイレ誘導)
・移動介助(車いす・歩行器等)
・口腔ケア
・掃除、シーツ交換等
・送迎(軽自動車もしくはワゴン車(セレナ))
・各種会議への参加等
※施設介護が7割ほどとなります。
訪問介護は1日3件-4件に回っていくイメージです。
