仕事内容

リフシア矢畑(看護小規模多機能型居宅介護・グループホーム)で、他専門職と連携し、リーダーの指示のもとお客様の自立支援に向けた介護業務全般を担っていただきます。

その人らしい表情を引き出せるようなサービスを、介護職が中心となって作っていきます。

登録定員:29名

通いサービスの定員:18名

宿泊サービスの定員:9名

  • グループホーム

2ユニット(各ユニット定員9名)

先輩スタッフが丁寧に指導しますので、安心して仕事を始められます。

給与


時給1,280円~ ※夜勤OJT終了後時給1,380円

土日祝日勤務:時給100円アップ

送迎業務を含む介護職:時給23円アップ

資格手当 5,000円(介護福祉士)

職種手当 2,000円/月

介護職支援加算 常勤換算当たり10,000円/月

夜勤手当 6,000円/回 (月5回程度)

※ 夜勤研修中は 3,000円/回

ひとり親家庭支援 12,000円~24,000円/月(条件あり)

残業代全額支給

交通費支給(上限25,000円/月)

※ 特定処遇改善加算により職種手当を支給しています

JR茅ヶ崎駅よりバス乗車、「矢畑」バス停下車徒歩5分

車通勤可能です

勤務曜日・時間


日勤: 7時30分~20時00分の間で実働8時間以内(休憩60分)

夜勤: 17時00分~翌10時00分(休憩60分、休息60分)

1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制

休息時間は賃金支払い対象になります。

*夜勤できる方歓迎。日勤のみも可。

普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)
