Join our Japan Equity Sales team in Tokyo servicing our domestic, regional and global institutional equity clients. You will work within a supportive and high performing team in an entrepreneurial and collaborative culture.

What role will you play?
Reporting to the Head of Equities, Japan, you will market Japan Equities to Institutional funds across all geographies with a focus on public equity funds in Japan and the rest of Asia. You will work closely with our equity research analysts, regional sales team and sales traders globally to bring independent insights, write sales notes and work on analytical products which augment buyside decision making. Your focus will also be on leveraging our global platform and reach by developing and nurturing client relationships, promoting research, working on differentiated sales products and monetising those services.
What You Offer
- Excellent academic qualifications, ideally in finance, economics or a business discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English and native-level Japanese due to the client coverage
- A commercial mindset to analyse industry trends and key stock ideas with the ability to take initiative
