Global leader in Saas/Enterprise tech offering wide range of solutions from Data Analytics, RMS, CRM, Fraud, Risk, Security, AI tools and more.

The organization is expanding its presence in Japan and they are hiring a Head of Sales to drive growth among SMB/enterprise clients.

This role involves strategic sales, deep market engagement, and working closely with C-level of customers and managing a talented Account Executive/Sales team to help drive their organizational growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 8-12 AEs, driving new business growth overseeing full sales cycle with large enterprise and high-growth platform clients in Japan.
  • Identify and close strategic opportunities in industries such as e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, and online platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and partnerships teams to shape tailored solutions for complex customer needs.
  • Analyze customer workflows and business models to recommend the right mix of APIs for customers' organizational and revenue growth
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor in adoption of the company's solutions

Requirements:

  • 12+ years total experience, with 3+ years of progressive experience selling into C-level stakeholders of Enterprise customers and sales management experience
  • Solid strategic planning and analytic abilities, with expertise executing growth-driving, full-funnel GTM strategies with a start-up mentality.
  • Demonstrated ability, with a track record of building and managing sales team, showing credible management traits and qualities.
  • An ability to drive decision-making among cross-functional leaders, to build relationships and gain agreement across large groups of stakeholders from all levels of the organization.
  • Professional fluency in English and Japanese
