<具体的な業務>
・戸建て住宅での足場組み立て作業
・太陽光パネル・蓄電池設置用足場の設置
・工事完了後の足場解体・撤去作業
・資材のトラック積み込み・運搬
<働く環境>
3~4名のチームで担当し、住宅の形状に応じて足場の組み方を変えながら丁寧に作業を進めます。作業はリーダーの指示をもとに進行するので、未経験の方でも安心して取り組めます。
<研修・サポート体制>
最初の3ヶ月は座学・実技を組み合わせた研修を実施。足場工事に使用する工具や鉄骨資材の名称・役割・使い方からしっかりとお教えします。現場デビュー後も先輩スタッフがマンツーマンで指導し、独り立ちまでは半年~1年程度を想定しています。
