・新規ソリューションの事業化と、既存ソリューションの拡大
・メンバーマネジメント
■主な業務
・新規/既存ソリューションの創出・拡大のための企画・計画・提案支援
・人員計画立案、人材リソース調達、採用活動
・メンバーの育成・評価
・収支管理
・個別プロジェクトにおけるマネジメント(QCD管理)
売上過去最高記録を更新している同社では、今まさに第二次創業期として

・20名以上のラインマネジメント経験
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
・Si事業における、ソリューションの企画~導入のご経験

・プリセールス経験

年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
