The core purpose is to grow revenue while protecting Entegris profitability and assets for the AMH business unit. The role will focus on achieving Division goals in Chemical and Wafer Grower market segments. The primary responsibility will be to develop strategic plans and road maps with the BU. The role will be recognized internally and externally as the customer business owner. The expected outcomes are to achieve AMH Division Annual Operating Plan target and goal, work with product manager to maintain customer profile, track and win Japan new projects opportunities for AMH business, establish short/long term business strategies for winning key customer opportunities, maintain and grow current AMH market share, develop and maintain an accurate Customer Forecast, defend margins and protect Entegris assets, provide competitor information and customer tech. roadmap, establish customer intimacy and relationship, and complete blue sheet reviews with team for key new projects and opportunities. The traits we believe make a strong candidate include demonstrated success with AOPs and BU goal and end-to-end execution of marketing strategies, excellent interpersonal and communications skills, experience working in a matrix environment and managing multiple priorities and projects with dynamic timelines to execution, BS degree with 10+ years' experience in SEMI Fab applications, marketing or sales, knowledge and expertise in SEMI market and FPD is a plus, entrepreneurial, self-starting, strategic thinker with demonstrated track record of success in the development and execution of marketing strategies, good communication skill with team, and fluent in English for writing/speaking/reading/listening. The position specific competencies include BS degree with 10+ years' experience in WW SEMI Fabs or Material Suppliers or Wafer Growers or other SEMI supplier market of sales or application position, IDM's material technology team work experience is preferred, strong problem solving and sales skills, knowledge of basic SEMI and FPD market, and fluent in English. The success will be measured by a combination of the results and how these results were achieved.
