大手エンタープライズ企業のデータ活用戦略の立案から実行支援、組織変革まで幅広くコンサルティングサービスを提供します。

コンサルティングサービスにおいて急速に拡大・成長している同社ですが、データ活用領域においては引き合いの増加に対応するリーダーが不足しているのが現状です。このポジションでは、増加する案件をリードし、クライアント企業の成長をサポートするリーダーシップを発揮できる方を募集しています。

【勤務時間】フレックスタイム制(1日の標準労働時間8時間・休憩1時間)
コアタイム10:00〜15:00
時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均20時間〜30時間
より上位役職での採用となった場合、裁量労働制の適用となる可能性がございます。
【給与】
900万円〜2030万円
年俸制 年俸の14分の1を毎月支給、残りを2月と8月にそれぞれ支給 月額650000円〜 基本給481935円〜
月額=月額基本給+固定残業代(月45時間分として168065円以上/超過分別途追加支給)
- 通勤手当
支給あり(会社規定に準ずる)上限50000円
- 賞与あり 年2回(2月、8月)
