【主な業務内容】

・M&A後のシナジー最大化や統合支援(PMIプロジェクト参画)、課題整理、優先順位付け、アクションプラン設計

経営者や担当者と密な信頼関係を築き、現場での課題や将来ビジョンの策定をリード

従業員ヒアリングや改善案の提示、施策の経営インパクトや優先度評価、現場・経営層双方への実行支援までも担当します。

社内向け説明資料の作成や現場に配慮したコミュニケーションも重視。

【必須要件】

・経営コンサルティング会社での業務経験(戦略、IT、財務など分野は不問)

【歓迎要件】

・子会社や投資先の現場で経営支援をした経験

・M&Aアドバイザリー会社での業務経験

【給与】

年収 800 ~ 1200 万円

※給与は前職の給与水準、職務経験等を考慮して決定いたします。

※予定年収は選考を通じて変動する可能性ございます。
