【仕事内容】
・自動車向け電子接続部品の品質マネジメントシステムの管理。
・社外内の品質マネジメント監査の対応と率いる事を実施します。(IATF/VDA/顧客QMS監査)
・品質マネジメント規定の向上、更新、維持管理を実施します。
・リーダーシップを発揮し、国内・海外工場に継続的な改善プロジェクトを主導し推進できます。
・社内外の声、顧客満足度のデータを分析し、品質のばらつきや傾向を読み解きます。これにより、トラブルの予兆を早期に察知し、改善につなげます。
・関連法規や国際規格(IATF・VDA・AIAG)に準拠していることを確認し、マネジメント層への報告や、組織全体の品質向上活動を主導します。
・ 品質保証部門、製造部門、開発部門など、関連する部署と連携して品質目標の達成を目指します。

【応募資格】
・ 学歴:大学卒以上
・ 専攻:理工学部(電気/電子/機械など)
・ QMS IATF / VDA監査員の資格
・ IATF 5コアーツールの資格
・ 語学:日本語 - 母国語レベル(ビジネス・技術対話および資料作成が可能なこと)
英語 - 中級程度以上(目安TOEIC700点、または相応の実力)
※取引先を含む海外拠点と、日常的にメール・電話による技術対話、情報交換と会議の機会があります。
・ PCスキル(Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須)
・ データ分析スキル(Power BI, Tableau, Minitabの使用レベル)
【業務経験】
<必須条件>
・ 自動車業界関連の品質部門のマネージャーとして3年以上の実務経験。
・ 品質マネジメントシステムの管理、実務経験。
・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的に内部・外部と仕事を進められる方 (明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性)
・ 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持ている方
・ 社内外との折衝/交渉やコミュニケーションに自信のある方
< 歓迎条件>
・ 品質保証部門での経験がある方歓迎致します。
・ 新製品に対する品質保証計画の立案と立ち上げの実務経験がある方(APQP / IATF16949等)
・ QC検定資格を持っている方 (3級以上)
