Compliance Officer – Global Hedge Fund
I am currently supporting a leading global hedge fund in their search for a Compliance Officer.
This is a well-established firm with a strong reputation in the industry, known for the quality of its people and its long-term approach to talent development.
I have previously introduced a compliance professional to this team, and she has built a successful and stable career there, which gives me confidence in both the role and the environment.
The roleThe position covers general compliance responsibilities, working closely with experienced professionals across the business.
You would be exposed to a broad range of compliance matters in a sophisticated, fast-paced investment environment, while maintaining a practical and commercially minded approach.
You would be working alongside highly capable colleagues, with the opportunity to learn from some of the brightest people in the field.
While not guaranteed, there is potential for internal mobility or overseas opportunities over time, depending on performance and business needs.
The client is open to candidates from both buy-side and sell-side backgrounds.
Experience in equity-related products or strategies would be particularly valued, though this is not limited to a specific asset class.
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and aligned with the firm's position as one of the top payers in the market, and will be discussed based on experience and overall fit.
