Compliance officer with over 5 years of experience in banking/securities firm compliance especially in AML/CFT

グローバル金融サービスを展開する外資系金融機関の日本拠点で、コンプライアンス体制の設計・運用を統括するキーポジションです。最先端テクノロジーとグローバル標準に触れながら、日本市場における規制対応とリスク管理をリードできます。

仕事内容

日本拠点のコンプライアンス責任者(VP)として、以下を担っていただきます。

1) 規制当局対応のハブ:

FSA/BOJ/MOF/JSDA等の検査・照会の窓口対応、オンサイト審査の準備・運営、是正計画の推進。

2) コンプライアンスプログラムの設計・運用:

法令インベントリの整備、規制動向のモニタリング(ホライズンスキャニング)、リスク評価、モニタリング/サーベイランステストの実行。

3) ポリシー・手続の整備:

日本ローカル規程の策定・更新、グローバル方針のローカル実装、商品・サービス変更時のチェンジマネジメント。

4) トレーニング&アドバイザリー:

新任研修・年次研修・テーマ別研修(AML/CTF、行為規制、データプライバシー等)の企画・実施、各部門からの相談対応。

5) AML/制裁対応の強化:

KYC/CDD、トランザクションモニタリング、疑わしい取引報告、制裁スクリーニングとアラート管理。

6) ガバナンスと報告:

各種オーバーサイト委員会への報告、年次コンプライアンス計画の作成、重大事案の迅速なエスカレーション。

その他:JSDA登録・研修の管理、ホットライン・苦情対応、監査・テスティングとの協働、クロスボーダー取引・相手先DD・利益相反レビューなど。

対象となる方

1) 日本語:ネイティブレベル/英語:ビジネスレベル以上(読み書き・会話)

2) 金融機関のコンプライアンス業務経験 8~10年以上(規制当局とのコミュニケーション、検査対応の実務経験を含む)

3) JSDAの内部管理責任者等の指定資格(同等資格を含む)

4) 日本の証券法規、AML/CTF、制裁、データプライバシーに関する深い知識

5) 分析力、プロジェクトマネジメント、ステークホルダーエンゲージメントに強みがある方

6) 学士以上(CAMS/CRCM等の関連資格歓迎)
