40%:材料調達効率性の向上
- 戦略的なコスト管理を通じて、調達競争力の強化と収益性の持続的向上を実現する。
20%:新規サプライヤーの開発・選定
- 中長期的な商品計画に基づき、競争力のある最適なサプライヤー基盤を構築する。
20%:新製品開発の調達業務
- 設計開発段階から参画し、コスト効率の良い調達方案を推進し、新製品の円滑立ち上げを支援する。
20%:人材育成・組織強化
- プロセス改善と100%コンプライアンスを徹底する、効率的で強固な調達チームを構築する。

・ 学歴:
・ 語学:日本語 - 母国語レベル(ビジネス対話および資料作成が可能なこと)
英語 - ビジネスレベル(目安TOEIC700点程度、または、相応の実力)
※取引先を含む海外拠点とメールや電話による情報交換と会議の機会があります。
・ PCスキル(Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須)
<必須条件>
1. 製造業における購買実務経験7-8年以上
2. 金属部品の調達・購買における実務経験
3. 3年以上のチームマネジメント経験
4. グローバル購買チームと協業するための英語コミュニケーション力

1. 自動車業界の調達業務経験、プレス部品や工程の知識がある方を優遇
