1. 金属・プレス部品の調達基盤を強化するための長期的な調達戦略の策定
2. TEの事業要件を満たすため、サプライヤーの品質(Q)、コスト(C)、納期(D)、技術(T)の総合的な能力向上を推進
3. 会社のコスト競争力を維持するため、年間5%のコスト削減目標を達成
4. 複数ベッディング及び新規サプライヤー開拓による新規プロジェクト開発の支援
5. 関連部門とのネットワークを構築し、サプライチェーンの安定性を確保

・ 学歴:
・ 語学:日本語 - 母国語レベル(ビジネス対話および資料作成が可能なこと)
英語 - ビジネスレベル(目安TOEIC500点程度、または、相応の実力)
※取引先を含む海外拠点とメールや電話による情報交換と会議の機会があります。
・ PCスキル(Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須)
<必須条件>
1. 製造業における実務経験3年以上購買経験
2. 金属部品の調達・購買における実務経験
< 歓迎条件>
1. 自動車業界の調達業務経験、プレス部品の知識がある方を優遇
2. 優れたサプライヤー管理能力
3. 自動車業界の品質プロセス(IATF16949、APQP、PPAP等)への精通
4. ビジネスレベルの英語(会話・文章)
