事務職は未経験スタートがほとんど

バックオフィスで、データ入力や書類整理

電話応対などの事務業務を担当します。

★マニュアルがあるので安心体制★

・午前:メールチェック、データ入力

書類の格納

・午後:請求書や契約書の確認、電話対応

Excelを用いた売上データの集計

・夕方:資料準備、簡単な報告書の作成

まずは先輩と一緒にシンプルな入力作業からスタート。

9:00〜18:00(休憩60分)

※月末月初は多少忙しくなりますが、定時退社できる日も多めです
