仕事内容:

顧客企業のメイン担当として、給与・賞与計算や年末調整、社会保険手続きなどの労務関連業務をお任せします。あわせて、納品やスケジュールの調整も行うため、顧客とのコミュニケーションが欠かせないポジションです。

  • 社会保険手続(入退社時、年間業務など)
  • 顧客企業のメイン担当者としての窓口対応業務

勤務時間・曜日:

フルフレックスタイム制 (1日8h目安)

⇒フレキシブルタイム 【5:00~22:00】

休暇・休日:

土曜日、日曜日、祝日を基本として会社カレンダーに詳細を定めます。

※基本的に完全週休2日制(土・日)ですが、

年2回(2月・8月)は合宿のため土曜出勤日があります。

フルリモートの人もいれば、出社と使い分ける社員もいます

オンラインでもしっかりコミュニケーションを取っていただけるなら、

遠方からの完全リモートワークも可能です。

※週1回オフィス(大阪)と、年4回の全車で集まるタイミングでの出社日あり (うち2回は1泊2日の合宿※2月、8月)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥292,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥68,000(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給29万2,000円~

※上記金額には固定残業代 (40時間分、6万8,000円~)が含まれます。

超過分は全額支給します。

※経験・スキルを考慮し、金額を決定します。
