仕事概要
募集背景 当社は、小型人工衛星打上げロケット「ZERO」の開発を中核に、事業・組織の両面で急速な成長フェーズにあります。社員数は300名規模となり、今後も中長期的な成長を見据えた「人と組織の基盤づくり」がより重要になっています。 これまで人財開発グループが、採用・評価・育成といった領域を横断的に担ってきましたが、組織規模の拡大に伴い、 制度を「作る」だけでなく「運用し、現場に根づかせる」 採用人数の拡大だけでなく「定着・活躍・成長」までを見据える といった観点での機能強化が求められています。 そこで今回、人財開発グループをリードし、採用・評価・育成を有機的につなぎながら、人と組織の成長を支えるグループリーダーを募集します。 具体的な業務内容 ① 人事評価・人財開発(比重高) 担当メンバーと連携しながら、下記をリードしていただきます。 ・人事評価制度の運用・改善 ・評価サイクルの設計・運用管理 ・マネージャー・社員への制度説明、運用フォロー ・運用上の課題抽出および改善提案 ・人材育成施策の企画・実行 ・マネージャー育成、新任管理職支援 ・OJT/オンボーディング施策の設計・改善 ・エンゲージメント向上・組織開発 ・サーベイ結果の分析および施策への落とし込み ・カルチャー・Value浸透に関する取り組みの推進 ② 採用 担当メンバーと連携しながら、下記をリードしていただきます。 ・採用計画の立案および実行 ・採用計画に基づいた採用実務の推進 ・採用プロセス全体の改善 ・現場との連携 ・候補者体験の向上 ※現時点では国内採用が中心となりますが、グローバル採用も一定数ございます。 業務比率(目安) ・人事評価・人財開発:6割 ・戦略戦術立案・実行:3割 ・採用:1割 メンバーのスキル経験等を考慮しながらタスク割合が変動します 利用しているツール ・採用管理:HERP ・評価管理・従業員管理:カオナビ ・勤怠・給与・労務管理:ジョブカン ・チャット:Slack ・OS:Google Workspace
必須スキル
・スタートアップまたは中小企業での人事領域(採用・評価・育成)の一貫した経験 ・人事制度の企画/運用経験 ・3~5名程度のチームマネジメント経験 上記に加えて ・日本語での円滑なコミュニケーションが可能な方(目安:ビジネスレベル以上)

応募概要
給与
<予定年収> 700万円~902万円 <月給> 584,000円~752,000円 <月給の内訳> ・基本給:430,000円~556,000円 ・固定残業代:154,000円~196,000円 <補足> ・給与には45時間分の固定残業代を含む/超過分は全額支給 ・経験・能力等を考慮の上、決定します。 ・昇給:年2回(3月・9月)
