本求人の新規事業領域では金融・決済関連のBtoB向けサービス「Finto」事業を牽引し、グロースさせていくテックリード候補を募集しています。
既存サービスのグロース(1→10)はもちろんのこと、新規プロダクトの立ち上げ(0→1)が同時並行で進んでおり、開発リソースの強化が急務です。 単にコードを書くだけでなく、技術と運用の全体を俯瞰し、サービス志向を持ってプロダクトを牽引していただけるコアメンバーを募集します。

・技術的な知見を用いた設計・実装
・設計やコードのレビュー、適切なフィードバック
・技術的なチャレンジを通じたチームの技術力の向上
・チームのアウトプット(コード、設計)の向上
・チームの生産性(スキル、生産プロセス)の向上
【開発環境】
言語: Kotlin、 TypeScript、 JavaScript、 Python 等
フレームワーク等: Spring Boot、
永続化: MySQL、Redis
構成管理: Docker、 Terraform
クラウドサービス: AWS(ECS、 SQS、 SNS、 RDS、 CodeBuild、CodeDeploy、CodePipeline、ElasticSearch 等)
開発環境: Mac、 Github、 Notion、 Slack等
【求める人材】
Webアプリケーションの開発実務経験(5年以上目安)
・Java、Kotlin、Goなどの静的型付け言語でのバックエンド開発経験
・React、Vue.jsなどを用いたモダンフロントエンド開発への理解
【歓迎】
・Fintech領域、または決済システムの開発経験
【給与】
年収756~854万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
