Global Electronic Equipment with HQ in the U.S. is looking to hire a Finance Manager in Japan. Their head office is based in Tokyo, with several sales offices across the country.
Your new role
As the Finance Manager, you are the successor to the Japan Head of Finance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead FP&A and Financial Planning processes for the Japan Business
- Play a major role in Accounting processes such as Closing
- Manage a team of 2
- Practical experience in FP&A and Accounting process (5+ years)
- Spoken proficiency in English and Japanese
- People Management experience is a plus
- Flexible WLB, up to 50% remote working available
- Salary growth potential, will undergo salary review in this annual year
- Flexible for all industries
