経理実務全般を一人で担当しながら、経営に近い立場で数値管理を行っていただきます。
■ 主な業務内容
日々の仕訳入力
売掛金・買掛金管理、支払・入金管理
現金および預金管理
経費精算対応
月次・年次決算業務
月次試算表および各種レポート作成
予算管理および実績分析
GM、オーナー向けの数値説明およびミーティング参加
税理士等の外部専門家との連携
※経理部門は1名体制のため、日常業務から決算まで一貫して担当いただきます。
また、本ポジションは、マネジメント専任ではなく、自ら手を動かして経理実務を担いながら、経営層と直接コミュニケーションを取るポジションです。
資格
必須要件
経理実務経験 5年以上目安
日常仕訳〜月次決算まで一人で対応できる方
売掛金・買掛金管理の実務経験
経営層への数値説明経験、またはそれに抵抗がない方
歓迎要件
ホテル・宿泊・サービス業界経験
年次決算経験
管理会計・予算管理経験
少人数/一人体制での経理経験
