職務内容
月次/四半期/年次決算のリード
予算策定・フォーキャスト・各種財務分析
業績の可視化・改善提案(経営層へのレポーティング)
親会社基準および日本の会計基準に基づく財務管理
税務対応/監査対応(外部税理士・監査法人との連携)
APAC/グローバルチームとの連携
小規模チームのマネジメント(会計チーム)
ERP(Oracle等)を用いた財務オペレーション管理
理想の人材
必須:
経理または財務の実務経験
月次決算のリード経験
ビジネスレベルの日本語
英語:読み書きレベル(グローバル報告のため)
チームまたはプロジェクトのリード経験
歓迎(なくても応募可能):
製造業・技術系企業での経験
ERP(Oracle等)の使用経験
US GAAP/IFRSの理解
英語での会議参加経験
