【仕事の流れ】

提携機関への訪問・勉強会

↓

提携機関から紹介いただいたクライアントへ訪問し、

困っていること・やりたいことなどをヒアリング

↓

ヒアリング内容から課題を解決する方法を企画・提案

企画は社内のディレクターやコンサルタントと相談しながら行います。

↓

受注後、担当ディレクターにクライアントのご要望や制作イメージを共有し引き継ぎます。

基本的には制作開始以降はディレクターがクライアントの主担当となりますが、

案件によってはサイト公開後の運用・改善提案なども担当することがあります。

ビーズクリエイト(唐沢農機サービスのウェブ制作事業の屋号)のクライアントは長野県及び近隣県の中小企業がメインで

業種は製造業・建設業・卸小売業など多岐にわたります。

クライアントが抱える課題をヒアリングし、解決方法を提案するのがビーズクリエイトの営業職です。

まずはお客様の課題・シーズ・ニーズを徹底的にヒアリングします。

経営者様からはたくさんのお話をお聞きしますが、その中から本当にやりたいこと、困っていることを見極め、解決する方法をご提案します。

アピールポイント:

業界未経験で入社した先輩社員も多いため、分からないことが聞ける環境が整っています。

求める人材:

必要な免許・資格

・普通自動者運転免許(AT限定可)

必要な経験等

・PCスキル:業務でPCを1年以上使用した経験

・営業経験:1年以上(法人個人問わず)

・未経験のことや新しいことにも積極的に楽しんで取り組むことができる素直な方

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~17:30(昼休憩1時間、実質労働時間8時間)

休暇・休日:

週休2日制(土日祝)詳細は会社カレンダーによる

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥290,500は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥34,000〜¥39,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

想定年収(1年目) 325 万円 〜 378 万円

月 給 : 250,000 円 〜 290,500 円

基 本 給 : 216,000 円 〜 251,500 円

固定残業手当: 34,000 円 〜 39,000円(20時間分)

※月給内に固定残業手当を含む

※固定残業手当は残業のない場合も支給し、超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給する

※月平均残業時間: 8.91時間(ビーズクリエイトGの平均)

※試用期間(3ヶ月)中は正式雇用時と同じ条件となります
