Job Description
Key Objectives:
OrthopaedicsのStrategyチームは、中長期的な戦略策定や財務改善施策の立案と実行、また事業部横断プロジェクトの推進を主な業務としています。事業部のBoard memberやFinance, Marketing, その他Functionチームと密接に連携し、様々な事業課題の解決を推進しています。
Responsibilities
- Board memberやSLT Memberと密にコミュニケーションを取り、事業部が抱える課題を明確にし、解決に向けた仮説設定をすること
- 事業部のMarketingやSalesチーム、他Functionチームと密接に連携することで、仮説検証を実施し、課題解決を推進すること (特にOrthopaedics事業本部が解決すべき財務改善という課題に対して様々な側面から課題解決を推進すること)
- その他Orthopaedicsとして推進が必要な各種プロジェクトにおいて、多くのStakeholderを巻き込みながら意見をまとめ上げ、プロジェクトゴールまで推進すること
